You’ll build and refine the structures that hold our team, our client work, and our growth together.
What you’ll own
- Operations & systems — Design smart workflows, simplify the complex, and keep us moving efficiently.
- Finance & forecasting — Keep an eye on cash flow, pricing, margins, and headcount planning. Nothing fancy — just clean, confident control.
- Hiring & team ops — Scope roles, screen candidates, set the culture, and build a team people actually love being part of.
- Client experience — Make every touchpoint seamless, kind, and a little bit magical. From onboarding to feedback to handovers.
- Impact & delivery tracking — Build dashboards and systems to track what matters: NPS, retention, timelines, media, fundraising.
- AI & innovation — Test and integrate AI tools to streamline what we do and amplify our value — without turning everything into a bot mess.
- Scale roadmap — Co-create our operational growth plan — one that helps us grow without losing our edge, quality, or sanity.
- Internal experiments — Lead process experiments, pilot new delivery formats, and pressure-test our own assumptions.
